Refund policy

At Little, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our Refund policy below protects each purchase. By purchasing from our online store, you agree to this Refund Policy and the incorporated Terms and conditions. Please also review the Shipping Policy, as delivery time may vary depending on your location.

(Section A) Product Protection: 

If your item arrives damaged or different, you are protected and have three days to submit a claim following the procedure below

  •  Please contact us at littlecustomerservice2024@outlook.com within three days of receiving the product and provide us with pictures or videos documenting the issue. Please also specify whether you want a refund or a replacement.
  • We will review the claim on a case-by-case basis and may request further information.
  • If approved, we’ll refund or resend the product. Occasionally, we may also ask you to return the product.

(Section B) Refunds for Non-Delivered Items:

We do our best to adhere to the delivery schedule included in the Shipping Policy. In the rare occasion that your order is not delivered after 60 days, you are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • You have not received your item 60 days after the order date. 
  •  The tracking for your order indicates that the product has not been delivered.
  • You have provided the correct shipping address and information*

If you satisfy all three conditions, please contact us immediately at littlecustomerservice2024@outlook.com with your tracking number.

*As indicated in our Shipping policy, you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and information. We cannot change your shipping details after the order has been processed. If you provide the wrong shipping information, you will not be eligible for a refund.

(Section C) General Return and Cancellation:

All sales are final after an order is processed. Other than Sections A and B above, there will be no cancellation or refund option available. If your order contains a mistake, please contact us immediately, as we may be able to make changes before processing it.

(Section D) Refund Processing Time: 

If your claim is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at littlecustomerservice2024@outlook.com

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
